1] The present Civil Application is filed to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court. The present Application is filed by the legal heirs of the deceased injured - claimant.

2] The First Appeal is filed by the Insurance Company on the ground of quantum so also on the ground of contributory negligence.

3] At this moment, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of
