The petitioner prays for a direction to respondent No.2 Registrar of the Aurangabad University and respondent No.4 Finance Officer, to consider the request application dated 3rd March, 2020 praying for medical re-imbursement, which is not considered though his name is said to be entered in the list of May 2018. He has tendered five representations in between 28th April, 2022 and 22nd September, 2022. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

We expect respondent No.2 and/or respondent No.4, as the case may be, to decide the first request application of the petitioner dated 3rd March, 2020 on it's own merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 31st January, 2023.
