Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 08/05/2024 whereby registration of her second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 73 delay in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he had already removed all the office objections, but after that he uploaded the uncorrected petition inadvertently.

In view of the same, the order dated 08/05/2024 stands recalled and the appeal be restored.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
