ORDER :

The learned counsel for the University submitted that the dispute can be raised before the Grievance Committed constituted under section 53 of the M.U.H.S. Act, 1998. Communication dated 19.11.2016 made in that regard is also produced on the record. It is taken on record. Same thing is expressed by the University. In view of these circumstances, the petitioners are expected to approach first to the Grievance Committee.

WP No. 10325/16 petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All the issues are kept open. Liberty is given to the petitioners to come to this Court after the decision given by the Grievance Committee.
