All these petitions have been filed by the jail inmates on the ground that their applications for furlough leave are not being decided by the respondent no. 3 even after lapse of number of days. 2.
The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the respondent no. 3 - Deputy Inspector General of Police (Prison) Region Aurangabad will decide the applications of the petitioners within two weeks.
