1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
2] Mr. Karne, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time to time representations are given to the Education Officer, making grievance about inaction of the Head Master in not completing the service book, so also, about non-enforcement of the VIth Pay Commission and increments. The said representation is pending with the Education Officer. 3] The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the representation would be decided on its own merits. 4] In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with directions to the respondent No.4 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner (pages 21 to 22 of the petition) expeditiously and preferably within four months from today. No costs.
