ORDER :

The learned counsel for applicant on instruction submits that he wants to withdraw the proceeding. 2.

The petitioner wants to file proceeding in Sessions Court as revision needs to be filed in Sessions Court. There is such liberty. The petitioner may make submissions with regard to use of provision of section 14 of the Limitation Act in such a proceeding, if any, filed before the Sessions Court and that point will have to be decided by the Sessions court in the said proceeding.

With the aforesaid liberty, in aforesaid terms, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
