The learned A.P.P. informs that on 05.09.2015, the Charge Sheet has been filed and in fact, this petition is filed after filing of the Charge Sheet.

This Court vide order dated 07.10.2015, has granted protection to the applicants directing the respondents not to take coercive action against the applicants. In view of filing of the

2 52-crappln5403.odt Charge Sheet, there is no point in considering the prayers of the applicants for quashing the F.I.R. 4.

In that view of the matter, leaving open the remedy available to the applicants for filing appropriate proceedings for discharge in case the Charge is not framed, the application is disposed of.

The protection granted by this Court on 07.10.2015 shall remain in force for a further period of four weeks from today.
