Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr. Navandar learned counsel for respondent No.4 submit last date for giving admission was 24th of September, 2019. The last date for admission is also over.

It appears that the mistake was committed by the petitioner in filling in the form. The petitioner did not disclose that the petitioner belongs to E.W.S. category and had filled in the form from open general category. The respondents cannot be faulted for the mistake committed by the petitioner. Respondent No.5 is admitted from EWS category. It is further submitted that the form has been

filled in by respondent no.5 as belonging from EWS category. Moreover the last date for giving admission is also over.
