Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the common order dated 31.01.2023 passed by the District Judge - 2, Nanded below Exhibits 5, 11 and 35 in Regular Civil Appeal No.94/2018, whereby the applications for temporary injunction were allowed and the present petitioner was restrained from alienating the suit land and from creating third party interest therein.

Learned Counsel appearing for both sides submit that the appeal is pending since the year 2018. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, both the learned Counsel submit that if the appellate Court is directed to decide the appeal within a stipulated period, the purpose

In view thereof, the District Judge, Nanded, is directed to decide the Regular Civil Appeal No.94/2018 within a period of six (6) months from today.
