1] The grievance raised by the petitioner in respect of recording of mutation entries is redressed since the name of the petitioner is entered in the 7/12 extracts. The reply tendered by the respondent - State indicates that the mutation entry has been recorded to the satisfaction of the petitioner.

2] So far as the corrections in consolidation record is concerned, the respondents have assured to submit the proposed scheme u/s 19 of the Bombay Prevention of

WP 10054/14 - 2 - Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947. A suitable proposal in that regard shall be submitted within a period of eight weeks from today. It would also be open for the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities with a request to effect necessary changes in the consolidation scheme in view of the changes effected in the revenue record.

3] With liberty as aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
