The petitioner, who was the Sarpanch of the Village Panchayat, Karkheli, Taluka Dharmabad, District Nanded, is aggrieved by the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the District Collector thereby, unseating her as Sarpanch on account of her failure to conduct the requisite number of Gram Sabhas and monthly meetings. The learned AGP submits that the fresh election has already taken place on 12.09.2019 and a new Sarpanch has been elected. Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 27.11.2019. The learned AGP waives service for respondent nos.4 and 5. Shri B.M.Dhanure, learned Advocate, has filed a caveat on behalf of respondent no.1.
