In Contempt Petition No. 571 of 2025 filed by similarly situated petitioners, who have filed Writ Petition No. 7389 of 2024 along with present petitioners, learned AGP, on instructions from the Law Officer of Deputy Director of Education submitted that the order is passed by the Deputy Director of Education for inclusion of name of the petitioners in Shalartha ID.

The said contempt petition was disposed of by directing that name of the petitioners shall be included in the Shalartha ID at the earliest and not later than within one week from the date of order i.e. 09.09.2025. It was further directed to initiate further process to Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 6-CP-687-2025 release all the consequential benefits to the petitioners as early as possible.

Since petitioners are similarly situated we dispose of the present contempt petition in terms of the order dated 09.09.2025 passed in Contempt Petition No. 571 of 2025.
