The learned AGP today produced the written communication of incharge Deputy Director showing that in favour of petitioners there are already steps taken and except in case of Shri. Landge Raosaheb Martand decisions are already taken and approval is given in favour of petitioners. A statement is made that in respect of Shri. Landge Raosaheb Martand also steps are being taken and approval will be given within one month from today. In view of this statement and the communication which is taken on record, Writ Petition Nos. 8779/2013, 9639/2013 and 1592/2014 are disposed of. 2.
