The present petition is filed by the petitioner, who appeared for the selection process for the post of Shikshan Sevak to be appointed on the establishment of Respondent No.5, for quashing and setting aside the impugned communication dated 05th September, 2024 issued by the Respondent No.5 - school declaring the petitioner as ineligible candidate on the ground that she has secured 'Zero' marks in the oral interview. 3.
The present civil application is filed by the management praying for directions to allow them to proceed for uploading its advertisement for 1 / 2
17-WP-10581-24.odt English/Education subject from S.T. category on the relevant government portal as per the guidelines dated 20th January, 2025. 4.
After hearing both the sides for sometime, it is submitted by learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5, on instructions from the responsible person from the management, that the management is ready to withdraw the marks given to the petitioner and the same shall be treated as null.

On this submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with necessary directions. 6.
As the management is ready to withdraw the marks allotted to the petitioner, the prayer made in the petition becomes infructuous. Writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to follow the required rules/procedure for filling-up the post which is vacant with Respondent Nos.4 and 5. Needless to state that the petitioner, if found eligible, her name may be recommended, alongwith other eligible candidates for calling for interview process, to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
