The present application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 - Bhagubai on record. The Applicant has stated that one Suresh Pawar is legal representative of deceased Bhagubai in view of registered gift deed with respect to suit property executed by Respondent No.1 - Bhagubai in his favour on 18.11.2020. The learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 who are tenants of the suit property, states that the gift deed executed in favour of Suresh Pawar is already under challenge in a civil suit and that deceased - Bhagubai has left behind two daughters who are in fact her legal representatives. 2 910.CA-10806-2024.doc order dated 07.07.2025, notices on the civil application, were ordered to be issued to Mr. Suresh Pawar - proposed legal representative and also daughters of deceased - Bhagubai namely Manubai Babanrao Pawar and Kalyabai Dharma Hon. 2.

In order to avoid any controversy as regards legal representatives, the Applicant is directed to bring the names of all the three aforesaid persons as legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 - Bhagubai Namdeo Vakte.
