Learned advocate for the respondent no.4 submits that already the petitioner has been informed for collecting his school leaving certificate, but he has not responded, which fact the learned advocate for the petitioner denies.

Be that as it may the only issue is regarding issuance of school leaving certificate by the respondent no.4/school. 3.
