The petitioner has put forth a host of disputed issues. The petitioner desires that the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 26.10.2021 under Section 38 (E) of the Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, be quashed and set aside. 2.

There is no dispute that there is a statutory remedy available to the petitioner to assail the order dated 26.10.2021. A writ petition for challenging the said order, bypassing available remedies, need not be entertained.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off. If the petitioner faces an issue of delay in approaching the Appellate Authority, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 09.10.2022 till the passing of this order, would be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
