It is a matter of of reimbursement of fees in respect of 25% students admitted by the petitioners under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 - State. Learned Advocate Mr. Shinde waives notice for respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 3.

We have heard both the sides.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents

2 wp 10928.24 to undertake scrutiny of the petitioners' proposal on its own merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four (04) weeks from today and if it is found entitled to get reimbursement, it shall be disbursed within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.
