Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent acquiring body has objection to pay the entire amount of compensation to the claimants.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated int the application, I am of the opinion that at least 50% of the amount deposited in the court can be permitted to withdrawn.

4.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% amount out of the total amount deposited in this Court. Civil Application disposed of.
