Learned A.G.P. informs that claim of the petitioner has been decided by the Scrutiny Committee on 11.10.2024. He places on record affidavit of Mr. Hitesh Hukumchand Walale, Research Officer at Caste Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad, who has tendered unconditional apology for the delay in deciding the matter. Said apology is accepted. 2.

Now since claim of the petitioner has been decided, no necessity to take any action under the Contempt of Courts Act. Petition stands disposed off.
