The learned Advocate for the petitioner places before us a copy of the communication dated 16-12-2021, issued by the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Jaikwadi Project, Aurangabad to the Deputy Superintendent, Land Records, Taluka - Khultabad, for carrying out the measurement of the land which is sought to be acquired. The learned Advocate submits, on instructions, that the authorities are initiating steps

2 WP / 10431 /2016 in accordance with the 2013 Act for acquisition. The petitioners are therefore satisfied.

A copy of the communication dated 16-12-2021 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
