The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail, in connection with C.R. No.45 of 2015, registered with police station, Bhokar, Dist. Nanded, for offences punishable under sections 420, 323, 504, 506 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the investigation papers, I am unable to locate any evidence against the applicants in commission of the crime. 3.

Apart from general accusations in the first information report, there is no direct evidence available on record against the applicants, which fact is admitted by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. 4.

In view of above, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to grant prearrest bail to the applicants. I, therefore, pass following order :- In the event of arrest of the applicants, in connection with C.R. No.45 of 2015, registered with police station, Bhokar, Dist. Nanded, for offences punishable under sections 420, 323, 504, 506 read with sec. 34 of

criap5413.15 (2) the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail, on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with one surety in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station initially for three days, between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
