The applicant - Insurance Company has fled this application for setting aside order dated 14th June, 2018 whereby the Appeal was dismissed on account of non supply of copies to other side. The applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay but the ofce remark shows that, the delay of 424 days.

The learned Counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company submits that, he has already supplied the Pooja K.

{2} 911-CA-12125-2019 necessary copies to other side however, he will again supply those copies.

There is no strong objection from other side. 5.

In view of the same, application is whereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' subject to supply of necessary copies to the other side within two weeks from the date of this order.
