This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. Mr. Ansingkar, the learned counsel opposes the application on the ground that the reference court has granted exorbitant compensation. Today, the award is in favour of the applicant.

Considering the award passed, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking to this Court that in case the applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they will 1/2

ii.The applicants are allowed to withdraw further 25%amount by furnishing solvent surety/ security of the like amount.

iii. 25% amount be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.

iv. The civil application disposed of.
