These appeals are placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company is present. The learned counsel for respondent No. 1 is also present. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

In pursuance of the statement of withdrawal of the appeals, the learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the pursis. It is marked as 'X' for identifcation. In the present matter, pursis taken on record.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the concerned learned Labour Court, in W.C.A.

In view of the withdrawal pursis, the appeals stand disposed of, as withdrawn.

The amount deposited by appellant, be disbursed to claimants in terms of award passed by learned Commissioner for employees compensation along with interest accrued thereon, if any.
