The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 92 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 452 of the Indian Penal Code, registered on 12/12/2014.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the applicant would strenuously urge that the investigation in the matter is complete and as such, in view of filing of the charge sheet, further detention of the applicant is not necessary. He would then urge that the applicant is handicapped person and as such, it is really hard to believe that he has committed crime in question, particularly when he cannot walk without support of clutches.

Perused the charge sheet. There are eye witnesses to the incident. There is prima facie case against the applicant. The application fails, stands rejected.
