Respondent No.4 has filed afÏdavit-in-reply stating that the draft award is prepared and forwarded to the Town Planning Department on 24/11/2025 for further process. The entire process is at the verge of completion. Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that within four weeks the entire process would be completed. 2.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court. Respondents shall complete the entire process within eight weeks from today and disburse the amount of compensation to the petitioners not later than ten weeks from today. With these directions, the contempt petition is disposed of. 3.

We make it clear that, if the time stipulation is not followed by the respondents the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
