The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would tender a proposal for seeking validation of his claim of belonging to "Thakur", Scheduled Tribe category directly to Respondent No.3. He prays for an early decision. 2.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that if such a proposal, complete in all respects, is tendered to Respondent No.3 directly by the Petitioner through the online system, Respondent No.3 would accept the proposal and deal with the same on its own merits. He submits that the said proposal, if submitted within 15 days, would be decided within
