Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel submits that the Head Master has forwarded the proposal for grant of trained primary teacher pay scale. Even, the Block Development Officer has forwarded it to the respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Primary), but no decision has been taken on it yet. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the decision would be taken by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within four months. The statement is accepted.
