The petitioner responded to an advertisement published by the Management in Dainik Mahila Ekjoot, which is a newspaper hardly known and with lesser circulation. His appointment order is dated 26.09.2022. The proposal forwarded to the Education Officer is 04.10.2022. This petition is filed on 11.10.2022 seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, within 7 days of the filing of the application. 2.

The learned AGP submits that this conduct is purely an abuse of the Writ of Mandamus.
