We have heard Mr.Dhoble, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent State.

Mr.Dhoble, learned counsel submits that Respondent No.1 be directed to decide the said proposal.

Considering the fact that the proposal (Exh.A) is pending with Respondent No.1, the Respondent No.1 shall take decision upon the said proposal in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
