The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 so as to obtain the copy of the Income Tax Returns filed by the Respondent for the Accounting Year 2012-2013.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
