ORDER

1.

The learned Advocate for the appellant Mr. Sudhir V. Kulkarni and learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 Mr. Abhijit Choudhari and the appellants are present today.

With the assistance of the learned counsel, we have ascertained identification of the appellant Nos. 1 and 2 and the respondent No.2. They affirm the terms of settlement.

3.

They tender on record compromise pursis along with authority letter and photocopies of Adhar Card. Those are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X".

4.

The parties and their learned counsel pray for dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise.

As agreed between the parties, the additional amount of Rs. 9,50,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Fifty thousand) shall be deposited by the respondent/Insurance Company within a period of eight weeks before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Parbhani, which is treated to be an undertaking.

Request of return of Court fees shall be process in accordance with law.

7.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit "X".

8.

The award be drawn in accordance with the terms of the settlement.

9.
