Heard learned advocate for the petitioners and perused the order impugned.

Having regard to the circumstances, referred to in application for production of documents as also the powers vested in the court, it appears that the court has exercised discretion while passing the impugned order. The discretion so exercised does not appear to be in any way not adhering to the known judicial principles. Further an argument is being made about irrelevance of said document, so far as suit property is concerned. It does not appear to be a case where indulgence be given to the petitioners and interlude be caused in the ongoing

{2} wp5695-18 proceedings of the suit.
