Though the matter is awaiting service to the respondent Nos.2A and 2-B, the learned advocate Mr. Jadhav for the appellants submits that this is an application for restoration and notice to respondent Nos.2-A and 2B is not necessary. At the risk of the appellant, in view of the statement made by their learned advocate, notice may not be served to the respondent Nos.2-A and 2-B.

Heard both the sides. By way of this application, the appellants are seeking restoration of the Appeal with a prayer to condone the delay of 20 days in moving the application. The Second Appeal was dismissed by the order of the Registrar (Judl.) dated 04.08.2021 for not removing the office 1/2

30.CA.718.22.odt objections. The learned advocate Mr. Jadhav for the appellants submits that he would remove the office objection within three weeks from today. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. The delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant removes the office objection within three weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed this order shall stand recalled automatically without reference to the Court.
