Perusal of the application indicates that sufficient reasons are recorded for condonation of delay. In the facts of the case, application stands allowed by imposing the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) payable to Bar Association, High Court of Bombay, Bench Aurangabad. Payment of cost is precondition for restoration of Civil Application Stamp No. 24447/2021.
