This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. We have perused the allegations in the F.I.R. On going through the said allegations, we prima facie find that the offences are disclosed against the applicant. The investigation needs to be carried out in the matter. Consequently, no case is made out for grant of relief as prayed for in this application. The criminal application is rejected.
