At the outset, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to correct the prayer clause (B) by replacing word "First Appeal" by words "Cross-Appeal". Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

This application is moved for fixing early date of hearing in Cross Appeal No.1493/2022. The appeal is filed by the State in 2010 in which the applicant has filed cross-objection. The age of the applicant is of 78 years. The said first appeal is already withdrawn in Lok Adalat on 7th May 2022.
