---- Ms. Geeta L. Deshpande, Advocate for the petitioner Mr. S. B. Yawalkar, A.G.P. for the respondents No.1 and 2/State ---- CORAM : R. M. BORDE & SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI. JJ.

DATE : 04-10-2017 PER COURT :

1.

The direction issued by this Court has been substantially complied with. The petitioner contends that, the quantum of pension, released by the Accountant General, is not inclusive of the benefits receivable by the petitioner, on completion of 24 years of service. 2.

The issue raised touches the merits of the controversy and in that regard, it is informed that, the representation has been made to the respondent No.2 as well as the respondents No.3 and 4. It would be open for the petitioner to pursue the representation made to the

2 CP 558-2017 concerned authorities. We direct the concerned authorities i.e. respondent No. 2 to 4, to consider the representation tendered by the petitioner and communicate the decision thereon as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of six (06) months from today. 3.

We do not find that, there is any reason to take cognizance of alleged contempt petition since there does not appear willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court, by the authorities/ respondents.

4.

With the directions as above, contempt petition stands disposed of.
