Motion is made for speaking to minutes of the order dated 12th January, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 3896 of 2013 by filing civil application.

Mr. Adwant, the learned advocate for applicants submits that, the Miscellaneous Application No. 380 of 2013 in Appeal No. 116 of 2013 is for waiver of the predeposit amount. However, the Court has recorded it as an application for condonation of delay. The same is not in tune with the record. 3.

Mr. Vikhe, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 accepts the fact that M. A. No. 380 of 2013 in Appeal No. 116 of

2 ca 13115.19 2013 was for waiver of predeposit amount and not for condonation of delay.

In the light of that, in para No. 2 line No. 3 of the order dated 12th January, 2015 after the words 'Appeal No. 116 of 2013' following words be deleted, "seeking condonation of delay" and at it's place following words be added, "seeking waiver of predeposit amount".
