Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Considering the short term sentence awarded by this Court and since the applicant/ appellant is desirous of approaching the Supreme Court of India against the said order, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. Learned

Cri.Appln.No.5426/2015 counsel for the applicant submits that the fine amount would be deposited within two weeks. In the circumstances, the applicant/ appellant be released on bail for a period of three months upon execution of P.R. bond in the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount. The application is disposed of.
