This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 19.07.2017 passed in Second Appeal No.286 of 2012.

The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that in paragraphs 2, 4 and 5 of the order dated 19.07.2017, number of Regular Civil Appeal has

22-SA-286 been typed as "157 of 2003" instead of "57 of 2003" and the same required to be rectified.

This being a typographical mistake, it will have to be rectified. The number of Regular Civil Appeal in paragraphs 2, 4 and 5 of the said order be corrected accordingly.
