The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition so as to enable him to file appropriate proceeding to challenge the impugned order and also to challenge the certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

In the event the petitioner challenges the impugned order before the appropriate authority, the petitioner may file an application for excluding the period of limitation under Section 14 of the Limitation Act and the authority concerned to consider the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty as aforesaid, if available in law. The petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
