After perusal of the contents of the civil application, it appears that the delay is apparently technical, in the process, in order to meet the ends of justice, it would be expedient to grant the application. As such, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C", "D" and "E', subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- to be deposited in this court within a period of six weeks from today for disbursal to respondents No.7, 8 and 10.
