Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty to proceed against the respondent no.2 - Fakirchand S/o Damodhar Doke, in case the amount of arrears of maintenance is realized under the warrant issued to the Collector, as arrears of land revenue from the movable or immovable property of the present applicant or if the applicant pays the amount in cash, by taking recourse to the provisions of section 168 Sub Section (2) Second proviso of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
