It is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased appellant Vishwanath Dadarao Bagal.

Perused the death certificate. Vishwanath Dadarao Bagal died on 24th November, 2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the parties could not bring on record his legal heirs. The application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 7(1) and 7(2).

(ii) The applicants to carry out necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo and supply the amended appeal memo to the respondents.
