Review is sought of the order dated 16th September, 2016, passed in Writ Petition No. 9497 of 2015, wherein this court set aside the impugned notice.

We have heard Mr. Mali, learned advocate for the Review Applicant.

Mr. Ghute, learned advocate for the Non-Applicant submits that even after the order was passed by this court on 16th

2 RAST 30398.17 September, 2016, the matter was reconsidered by the Education Officer (Primary) and passed the order on 9th November, 2016, holding that the approval granted earlier was legal and proper and the petitioners are entitled to be granted continuity. 4.

Subsequent to the orders passed by this court, the Education Officer has also reconsidered the proposal and passed fresh order on 9th November, 2016, nothing would survive in the present Review Application.

Review Application as such is disposed of. No costs. 6.

Civil application for delay in filing Review also stands disposed of.
