Though the learned Advocate appearing for the applicants has been elevated to this Court about two years ago, it can be seen that the matter was not got circulated after 02.02.2021. In fact, the first order came to be passed on 02.02.2021 but prior to that on 25.09.2019, the charge sheet was filed that means since 11.09.2019 i.e., the filing of the application till 02.02.2021, the matter was not got for circulation. The special case bearing No. 107/2019 is before learned special judge under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Dhule. It appears that the applicants have lost the interest to proceed with the matter.

Hence, application stands dismissed.
