The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.49 of 2023 registered with Yusuf Wadgaon Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicant deserves parity. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Sambhaji Sitaram Ghuge, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that ;
